About Sylvia Kay

Sylvia Kay has more than eight years of experience building strategic public relations campaigns for international businesses, on both sides of the Atlantic, within corporations and agencies.

Before starting Kay Communication LLC, Sylvia spent two years in Silicon Valley's technology epicenter helping start-ups gain international media attention. Later, as public relations consultant with A&B ONE - one of Germany’s leading independent public relations agencies – Sylvia was instrumental in driving tangible results for both, international and national technology companies. Sylvia also held positions with Messe Frankfurt Trade Shows and Leipzig Trade Fairs in Germany, the United States and Russia.

In the past she successfully managed high-visibility campaigns for clients such as Equant (US), Dimension Data (S.A.), Fujitsu (Germany), Ascom Germany, IZB Informatik Zentrum (Germany), Quick Eagle Networks (US), simplehuman (US) and helped many more clients successfully manage their trade show exhibits.

Sylvia has been living in Atlanta for seven years now and is passionate about bringing different cultures and people together. Before moving to Atlanta, she has been living and working in countries on four continents. Sylvia earned her Master’s in Political Science from Leipzig University in Germany and speaks German, English and Russian. She is a member of the German-American Chamber of Commerce, Public Relations Society of America and German Journalists Association.
